14 Common Misconceptions About birthday wishes for seniors

My friend, the amazing, generous, and devoted senior, passed away last week. I’m very fortunate to have known her for over 30 years so I know how hard she worked to have what she had. I hope this year, as well as next year, that you have the same goal of giving back to others, and I know your loved ones will be so grateful.

I know how hard you must work to keep your life interesting, and I’m sure it’s no different for other senior citizens who are also struggling to maintain some semblance of normalcy. So, I thought I’d share some of my own birthdays wishes for seniors with you.

My birthday is in January, so I guess I should be making plans to celebrate then. I have friends who are in the same situation as I am, and they all have birthdays, so I think I should make it a tradition to celebrate with them.

Okay, I understand that birthday wishes aren’t the same thing as birthdays. However, I’m not sure I even know your friends’ birthdays. I guess I should just make a wish for a birthday for the person I care about. My birthday is November, so I guess that’s my year to make my wishes come true.

I think I am actually a little late to the game, but I still want to make a wish for the person I care about. I have friends who are in the same situation as me, and they all have birthdays, so I think I should make it a tradition to celebrate with them. Okay, I understand that birthday wishes arent the same thing as birthdays. However, Im not sure I even know your friends birthdays.

I think the concept is really cool. Maybe it’s just that we’re all getting older so we’re all a little more cynical.

I think the idea is great. I have two friends who are in their 70’s – so I think if I got friends who were also in their 70’s I would get them together and just make a cake, and then they would watch it, and then they would get together and play some games.

Birthday cake! Birthday cake! For old age, that is.

In the ’80s when I was in high school, I remember one girl telling me that she wanted to be the first person to tell me that she wanted to be an astronaut. I guess this is the same concept. However, she was probably joking with me because I was too young to really understand.

This is the first time we’ve heard of people looking forward to a “special occasion” in their 80s. I guess that means that they expect to become older and live longer.
