I like to think of myself as an independent thinker. I’ve been asked if I’m a lot like a lot of other people, but honestly, I don’t think so. I don’t think I’m especially independent. I think I tend to think with my head, not my heart.
To be honest, I don’t know what that means. But I’m not sure I believe it.
Some people say they think you can know somebody by their emotions, but I think that’s not true. Emotions are just a type of communication that can tell you a lot about someone. I think you can tell a lot of things about a person by how they feel, their actions, and their words. But you can’t just ask them if they’re happy or sad.
I think we all have our own ideas of what makes us happy and what we are and aren’t. We all have our own definitions of what we are. But I know from first-hand experience that I am a lot like I was when I was younger. I used to be really sensitive about things. I had to grow up before I realized I could live like a grownup. But that doesnt mean I have to be any way like I was.
Thats why I think that we need to learn to live with our own ideas about what makes us happy and what we are and arent. We need to try to live in the moment and not be afraid to say, “I dont know, and I dont care! I just dont know!” I think it is great to have that kind of self-awareness because it means we can learn to have a little more compassion for ourselves and not be so quick to judge others.
We all get into bad habits, and I think that we are all capable of learning to live with those bad habits. And I think that we can all learn to find a little more compassion for each other as well. I think that everyone can learn to be more compassionate toward themselves and take the time to make a list of all the times in their life they have been cruel to themselves or others. That way we can learn to treat ourselves better.

It’s as much a matter of training yourself to be more compassionate toward yourself and not to judge others. I know that I was always a little judgmental of people, even people I respected. But I think that I was just being a little more judgmental that time.
One of the most popular ways to get rid of bad habits is to do something about them. But that’s not going to work for everybody. For some people, getting rid of bad habits means doing something about it. For some people, getting rid of bad habits means learning something new about ourselves. For some people, it means just taking a break. But that’s up to you.
While all of those strategies work for plenty of people, they don’t work for everyone. Some people don’t have the willpower to kick bad habits or to set new ones. For some people, that’s the only way to get rid of them.
